CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellation request will be honored and a full refund of your deposit returned if cancellation notice is
received by us within 3 days (72 hrs) of the date of your reservation. Our Hurricane Policy: If Craven County is issued a Mandatory
Evacuation Order a refund will be given. If evacuation order is not issued for Craven County, a credit for another stay will be given should
our guest decide not to stay/arrive.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, E check, Cash, PayPal, Debit Cards, Money
Order, Cashiers Check, Travelers Checks or Bank Transfers. At the time of reservation your credit card information will be taken to hold
your reservation. Charges will not be billed until your arrival. (No personal checks please)

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT - Check-in time will be between 4pm and 6pm (unless other arrangements have been made) Check-out
time is 12pm (noon).

SMOKING AREAS - The Sail Inn is a smoke-free environment. There are designated smoking areas outside on the front porch and
also outside on the Inn's accompanying grounds.

PETS - Although we cannot accommodate pets, there are pet resorts/kennel services nearby. The Pet Spa can be reached at 252-633-
3933.

PARKING - There is room for 1 customer vehicle in the driveway on the side of the house (at no additional charge) and street side
parking is available.

FAXING - Faxing services are available in the Inn at no additional charge.

WIRELESS INTERNET - Wireless Internet service is available for your use.

BREAKFAST - A Continental Plus Breakfast will be served daily from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m.

GATHERING ROOM – The Gathering room is reserved for registered to guests to enjoy and use at their leisure. Enjoy use of the
facilities, the books, magazines, the music or TV, or even surf the Web through the wireless internet access that is available. The round
oak table & chairs will serve as a breakfast eating area, a work area to spread out upon, or a meeting place for an enjoyable game of
cards, scrabble or chess.
